PJT Partners is a leading investment bank renowned for its collaborative, high-performing teams. Their existing website was overly complex, over-designed, and had lacked clear content hierarchy and approachability. Which made it difficult for users to navigate and to engage younger talent.

As Design Director, I led the project from the pitch phase through to evolving the visual language, designing animations, and creating visual structures for internal pages. I directed photography, and worked closely with UX and the Development team during production to create a modular and memorable design. The outcome was to reflect the bank’s collaborative spirit, simplify information, and design it in a way which felt approachable and engaging. We used strategies like using clear content hierarchy, people-focused imagery, straightforward navigation, and elegant animations to enhance the user experience.
